Busser – Front‑of‑House Support

About the role

The Busperson/Server Assistant supports the front‑of‑house team by keeping the dining area clean, organized, and ready for guests. This role works closely with servers to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patron.

Key responsibilities

• Set and reset tables with spotless china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout service, including clearing tables and refilling beverages.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and assist servers in delivering outstanding service.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; previous food‑and‑beverage experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Safety and Food Handling Certification and a valid health certificate as required by the Puerto Rico Department of Health.
• Physical stamina to bend, stoop, stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Flexible availability for long or irregular hours.
