Buy‑Sell Procurement Manager

About the role

The Buy‑Sell Procurement Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution of procurement for semiconductor and memory components supporting HPE Networking products. Working in a hybrid model (2 days onsite), you will translate supply plans into purchase orders, manage supplier commitments, and ensure material availability for manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement plans, create and maintain purchase orders, and monitor their lifecycle.
• Manage component allocations, identify shortages, and coordinate recovery actions across suppliers, distributors and internal teams.
• Oversee inventory health across multiple hubs, drive optimization while maintaining supply continuity.
• Track supplier performance, escalate issues, and provide regular operational updates and executive summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, materials management or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Data‑analysis and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, memory or electronic component supply chains.
