Change Management Senior Analyst – Consultant

About the role

LER TechForce is looking for a Change Management Senior Analyst to join a long‑term consulting engagement with a utility client in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on guiding large‑scale technology and business transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the AMI Change Management strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, organizational impact analyses, and identify change risks with mitigation plans.
• Track readiness metrics, adoption indicators, and produce status reports for PMO and executive steering committees.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions; develop communication plans, executive briefings, newsletters, and awareness materials.
• Assist with employee training programs, job aids, quick‑reference guides, and operational readiness documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Transformation, Training or Communications.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale technology or utility transformation projects (AMI, Smart Grid, CIS, MDM, OMS, etc.).
• Relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CCMP, PMP are a plus.
