Cloud Engineer Graduate

About the role

This hybrid graduate position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focuses on designing, developing, and supporting cloud solutions. You will work on‑site two days a week and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and implement cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and automation of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and services.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring to ensure reliability, performance, and security of cloud systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support ongoing cloud operations and provide technical assistance as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Typically 0‑2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, Python, JavaScript or Java.
• Understanding of OOP principles, MVC design patterns, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Linux, GNU tools, TCP/IP networking protocols and process scheduling.
• Exposure to full‑stack Java development, Java frameworks, application servers, SOAP/REST APIs, and modern front‑end frameworks (Angular, Node.js, React.js).
• Version control experience, preferably with Git.
