Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction National Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution for Cotton’s property restoration and construction initiatives. This position ensures seamless coordination, top‑quality service delivery, and strict adherence to safety standards while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
• Set and manage project budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure all contracts, permits, and required documentation are completed and filed.
• Develop and implement site safety plans, lead toolbox meetings, and participate in safety investigations.
• Direct daily project activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, clients, and business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience, including heavy reconstruction projects.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and at least three years of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
