EMEA Regional Test Engineer

About the role

The EMEA Regional Test Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, working on average two days per week from an HPE office. You will be responsible for planning, executing and improving test processes for both standard and special devices across the manufacturing flow.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve and support test‑related issues throughout the end‑to‑end manufacturing process and communicate early escalations to global teams and R&D.
• Develop, implement and lead test plans, schedules and requirements for new and existing designs, including building and operating test tooling, fixtures, scripts and automation.
• Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to report test status, results and issue resolution, and mentor less‑experienced staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 4‑6 years of experience in test engineering, hardware diagnostics and manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and written/verbal communication skills in English.
