Engineer III – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

The Repair Maintenance Engineer III will ensure reliability, safety, and excellence of hotel facilities while supporting seamless guest and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and repair building systems and equipment.
• Lead or support complex repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Execute and improve preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond promptly to engineering requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the property.

Required profile

• Advanced technical knowledge and leadership experience supporting hotel operations.
• Strong expertise in building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life‑safety systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
• Safety‑first mindset aligned with regulatory and brand standards.
