Factory Express Engineering & Engagement Project Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Factory Express Engineering and Engagement Project Manager to lead short‑term, high‑impact projects that ensure smooth quote‑to‑order and global factory execution of configure‑to‑order (cCTO) orders. This hybrid role requires working on‑site two days a week at the Aguadilla office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the review and validation of complex cCTO orders to capture clean customer intent and ensure factory execution.
• Minimize SPIRA ticket issues from factories and resolve any order holds quickly.
• Identify and lead continuous‑process improvement and cost‑reduction projects.
• Collaborate with sales, supply‑chain, and account teams to communicate status, escalate issues, and set expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing technologies preferred).
• 4‑6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience coordinating matrixed teams and resources.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of servers, storage, and networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
