Field Medical Director, Solid Tumors (MS, AL, GA, FL, PR)

About the role

The Field Medical Director will support BeOne Medicines' pre‑clinical and clinical pipeline development for solid tumors, focusing on breast and lung cancers across a multi‑state territory. Reporting to the Senior Regional Director, this individual contributor role blends medical science liaison responsibilities with strategic partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with cross‑functional teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with national and regional opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Facilitate strategic partnerships with guideline committees, cooperative groups, and national cancer institutions.
• Identify and vet investigators, nominate trial sites, and support investigator‑sponsored research.
• Provide balanced scientific information to formulary decision makers and support major regional congresses.
• Deliver feedback on emerging clinical trends and contribute to therapeutic area research and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, ORNP, PA, or Master’s degree with at least 5‑6 years of clinical experience in oncology or related biotech/pharma roles.
• Established relationships with relevant HCPs in the assigned region.
• Strong communication, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 60‑70% of the time.
