Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all operations of a designated outlet at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar, ensuring profitability, high‑quality service, and guest satisfaction. This role combines operational leadership with strategic business acumen to drive revenue and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest interactions, staff supervision, inventory handling, and event setups.
• Maintain financial performance by managing revenue, payroll budgets, and productivity targets.
• Develop and launch new menu items, promotions, and service concepts to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare and submit required reports such as wage progress, payroll, revenue, and quarterly action plans.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related F&B operations, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department regulations, and liquor laws.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Understanding of local liquor laws and health & sanitation regulations.
• Ability to innovate menu items and promotional concepts.
