Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager will lead daily operations of the F&B department at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve established goals for total customer satisfaction in Food & Beverage, adhering to hotel standards.
• Respond to feedback and maintain ratings across various restaurant customer satisfaction survey platforms.
• Establish and maintain recruitment and retraining programs for service staff.
• Supervise assigned staff to ensure prompt, courteous, high‑quality service that meets hotel standards.
• Address and resolve guest requests and issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration and/or qualification in Hotel Management.
• Bilingual with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Understanding of service staff responsibilities and duties.
