About the role

This hybrid position (average 2 days onsite per week) is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand‑supply management, business processes and product delivery for HPE. You will lead cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements, manage sourcing projects and support global business unit planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex supply‑chain processes including supplier selection, onboarding, negotiation, contract and cost management.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives, develop recommendations and present data‑driven insights.
• Execute demand‑supply matching, prioritize backlog and manage regional/global planning teams.
• Define, maintain and enforce sourcing policies, governance frameworks and audit readiness.
• Coordinate testing, validation, UAT and deployment of sourcing systems (SAP, Ariba, Smart Contracts, etc.).

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in supply‑chain or product costing functions.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets, create actionable plans and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
