About the role

General Merchandise Associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and may be required to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor.
• Recommend merchandise tailored to customer wants and needs.
• Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day.
• Perform paint mixing as needed.
• Perform fabric cutting as needed.
