Global Commodity Manager Connectors

About the role

The Global Commodity Manager Connectors will lead worldwide commodity and category strategy execution for HPE, working in a hybrid model with two days per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies, policies and tactics to meet global objectives.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering, manufacturing, strategic procurement and business units to ensure supply assurance and inventory levels.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, provide expertise for process improvements and represent the organization to external customers.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably with global procurement exposure.
• Advanced university degree preferred; strong analytical, technical and business application skills.
• Excellent communication, project management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and corporate compliance.
• Advanced analytical and technical aptitude for complex business issue resolution.
