Gluing Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role

Join MM Packaging’s Folding and Gluing Department in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, as a 3rd‑shift Gluing Operator. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the folder‑gluer machine to ensure high‑quality packaging output while meeting production deadlines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate the folder‑gluer machine according to production orders.
• Monitor the folding and gluing process to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Perform format changeovers and make precise mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for proper alignment, folding, gluing, and cleanliness.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience operating folder‑gluer machines in the folding carton/packaging industry.

Required skills

• Operation of folder‑gluer machines.
• Mechanical adjustments of equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
