Graduate Systems/Software Engineer

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking recent graduates to join its Systems/Software Engineering team. This hybrid position requires you to work on‑site two days a week and collaborate with internal and outsourced development partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software components such as operating systems, compilers, networking utilities, databases and Internet‑related tools.
• Execute test plans, log issues and debug assigned code sections.
• Collaborate with project teams and development partners to deliver reliable, cost‑effective solutions for low to moderately complex products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience or academic projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and programming languages.
• Knowledge of basic testing, coding and debugging procedures.
• Ability to work on multiple platform types.
