Guestroom Inspector – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Guestroom Attendant Self‑Inspector is responsible for cleaning, inspecting and releasing stay‑over and checkout rooms for sale at Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico. The role ensures rooms meet the brand’s high standards and communicates any quality issues to housekeeping management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms for arrival and daytime service, including making beds, vacuuming, and sanitising all areas.
• Remove and replace dirty towels and linens, restock amenities, and handle garbage removal.
• Perform detailed inspections and maintain an average score of 90% or higher.
• Submit maintenance and work orders for engineering, in‑room dining and housekeeping via the designated system.
• Coordinate with In‑Room Dining to replenish private bar supplies and manage table/tray pick‑up.
• Add special touches such as microfiber cloths, bookmarks or cable ties to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping or guestroom experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Physical ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lb.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
