About the role

The Host/ess is the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant, responsible for creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and collaborate with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Manage the host stand, review reservations, and recommend table setups.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining sections and prepare tables before opening.
• Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience in food & beverage outlets.
• Experience in luxury hotels is an asset.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
