HR Business Partner Manager – Manufacturing (Onsite)

About the role

Join as an HR Business Partner Manager supporting two manufacturing sites in Puerto Rico. You will act as the primary HR partner for business leaders, guiding talent, performance, compensation and employee relations in a matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with directors, managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance on talent, performance management, compensation, organizational design and employee relations.
• Execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and workforce needs, including talent management, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends and organizational data to support business decisions and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions in talent acquisition, compensation, learning and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders in a matrixed organization.
• Fluent English and knowledge of Puerto Rico labor laws.
