Join a nationally recognized plaintiff‑side law firm as an Intake Attorney, focusing exclusively on evaluating personal injury claims. This remote position, based in Puerto Rico, allows you to shape case quality without handling litigation or case management.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming personal injury matters for merit and legal viability.
• Analyze liability, causation, damages, and evidentiary strength.
• Provide clear, defensible recommendations on case acceptance.
• Collaborate with intake teams and external personal injury firms.
• Maintain organized documentation and consistent decision‑making standards.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction or Puerto Rico.
• Prior experience in personal injury law strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical reasoning and issue‑spotting ability.
• Comfortable making decisions in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
