Management Trainee – Entry Level Leadership Program

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key areas of the business, learning sales, customer service, operations and finance while representing the company to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the face of Enterprise at a neighborhood branch.
• Learn and apply sales, marketing, finance and operational processes to drive business growth.
• Build relationships within the community to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop leadership skills through mentoring, coaching and hands‑on management of branch activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license with clean driving record (≤2 moving violations/at‑fault accidents in past 3 years, no alcohol or drug convictions in past 5 years).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Availability to work an average of 45 hours per week.
• Not interviewed for this position with Enterprise in the last six months.
