Manufacturing Partner Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Partner Manager role is a hybrid position requiring on‑site work two days per week at an HPE office. You will lead a complex supply‑chain sub‑category, develop procurement strategies, and work closely with senior stakeholders to align supply‑chain initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a complex supply‑chain sub‑category, including data and industry analysis, and report results to senior managers.
• Develop and execute supply‑chain, business, and financial modeling tools to support strategic decisions.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalisation with complex suppliers.
• Optimize the supply base, manage day‑to‑day operations of large suppliers, and partner on strategic development.
• Provide risk‑mitigation input, assess business models, and advise senior leaders on contract risk areas.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred) with 6‑10 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Strong analytical, project‑management, and communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior staff, and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Excellent understanding of global procurement processes and complex supplier management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business modelling.
• Strong knowledge of procurement tools and applications.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
