Manufacturing Product Engineering Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Product Engineering Manager leads a team of product engineers and manufacturing professionals to introduce, manufacture, and sustain HPE products throughout their lifecycle. This hybrid position requires working on‑site two days per week at the Aguadilla office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage 8‑15 direct reports across product engineering and manufacturing.
• Own engineering activities for multiple product lines, driving quality, cost, delivery, yield and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with R&D, NPI, supply chain, quality, test engineering and factories to transition products to high‑volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate internal and outsourced manufacturing partners from introduction through end‑of‑life.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 4‑6 years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering or operations, with demonstrated people‑leadership.
• Experience with global manufacturing operations and outsourced partners.
• Advanced English proficiency.
