Networking Campus & Branch HR Business Leader

About the role

The HR Business Leader partners with executive leaders to shape people strategy, drive transformation and steward culture for HPE Networking Campus & Branch.

Key responsibilities

• Apply emotional intelligence to build relationships with top management and drive HR and business objectives.
• Interpret data to design solutions for business and organizational challenges.
• Lead HR programs and processes, assess HR implications of business strategy and represent the function across the HR community.
• Champion agile ways of working, develop talent solutions and coach senior leadership to boost engagement.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of HR experience with significant consulting exposure.
• Proven track record delivering organizational change, workforce planning and influencing business managers.
• Strong business acumen, financial understanding and ability to partner with leadership on strategic goals.

Required skills

• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and quantitative analytical abilities.
