About the role
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager will lead the timely enablement of new commodity SKUs aligned with platform launches and customer needs. This onsite position is based in an HPE office and works closely with engineering, manufacturing and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, resource plans and critical deliverables for multiple NPI projects.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, track progress, and adjust plans to meet product roadmaps and launch dates.
- Communicate status, escalations and issue analysis to stakeholders and drive resolutions.
- Mentor less‑experienced staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4‑6 years of experience supporting NPI programs, preferably in memory commodity or semiconductor environments.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Required skills
- Project planning tools and software packages.
- AI tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
