NPI Product & Industrialization Engineer

About the role

The NPI Product & Industrialization Engineer drives manufacturing introduction, industrialization, and production readiness of new products in outsourced and ODM environments. The role works closely with R&D, supply chain, product and test engineering, quality, and manufacturing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing introduction and industrialization activities from development through production ramp.
• Develop and maintain product BOM structures, configurations, and support engineering change orders.
• Design scalable manufacturing processes, define process flows, and drive factory readiness at contract sites.
• Define production test equipment strategies, procure and deploy test fixtures, and validate test processes.
• Analyze manufacturing defects, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in NPI, product or manufacturing engineering within contract manufacturing or ODM environments.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
