About the role

The position is responsible for operational tasks in the cash area of a bank branch, delivering fast, accurate and reliable service to customers while supporting the branch’s profitability and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize transactions within assigned limits and maintain custody of cash carts, seals, and centralized ATMs.
• Handle cash dispensers, manage consumable materials, and follow security policies for the cash area.
• Provide personalized, efficient service, ensuring compliance with service protocols and quality standards for bills and checks.
• Promote and refer bank products and digital channels (Internet Banking, Telebank, ATM) to customers.
• Inform and coordinate the cash team on strategic objectives, set specific goals, and identify training needs.

Required profile

• University student studying Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Manual dexterity for handling keyboards and cash equipment.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of English (optional).
