Principal Product Manager – AI‑Driven Network Troubleshooting Platform

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a highly technical Principal Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of a next‑generation AI‑driven network troubleshooting platform. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence about two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for AI‑assisted troubleshooting solutions across networking, security, WAN, campus and data‑center domains.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to drive execution and translate complex technical requirements into product capabilities.
• Work cross‑functionally with stakeholders in networking, security, cloud and data‑center organizations, influencing without direct authority.
• Leverage AI technologies, including generative AI and AI agents, to improve product capabilities and workflows.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep networking expertise comparable to CCIE and/or JNCIE level.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams on complex technical initiatives.

Required skills

• AI and generative AI technologies.
• Networking fundamentals: routing, switching, WAN, campus, security and data‑center environments.
• Advanced networking certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE).
• Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure and intelligent automation.
