Procurement Operations Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position supports HPE’s global procurement strategy by handling basic commodity purchases and ensuring supply continuity. The role is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week in the Aguadilla office.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchase requests for basic commodities, performing required financial and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, strategic procurement, and business units to maintain inventory levels and mitigate supply risk.
• Support cross‑functional teams in delivering commodity strategies and meeting business controls.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong analytical aptitude and basic understanding of procurement processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP‑based procurement tools.
• Basic web‑based application skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
