Production Foreman

About the role

Join RoofingSource, a family‑owned nationwide commercial roofing company, as a Production Foreman. You will lead crews, install and maintain low‑sloped roof systems, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

Key responsibilities

• Install and maintain low‑sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment including a Leister welder and hot‑air gun.
• Follow job specifications, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication and receipts.
• Support the team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Required profile

• Prior roofing or related trade experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.

Required skills

• Leister welder operation.
• Hot‑air gun operation.
• Tablet usage for reporting.
• Smartphone usage for communication.
