Project Invoice Analyst

About the role

The Project Invoice Analyst will oversee invoice reviews, contract compliance, labor reconciliations and financial documentation for critical infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to FEMA, COR3, client and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate billing activities and maintain contract records in collaboration with finance, payroll, project management and procurement teams.
• Audit invoices for compliance with contract terms, reconcile work hours between ADP and DARRTT, and supervise contract closeout.
• Create monitoring tools for contract administration and track performance metrics to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and review action items for client invoicing, manage monthly accrual and reversal reports, and recommend policy improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least four years of experience in invoice analysis, contract compliance or related financial roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ADP payroll system.
• Experience using labor tracking system DARRTT.
