Recruiter (Pharma & Medical Devices)

About the role

Quality Consulting Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support its pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing operations in Puerto Rico. You will partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent for a fast‑growing, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for all open positions across IT, pharmaceutical, and medical device functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate pre‑employment drug tests and background checks.
• Create and deliver new‑hire onboarding programs and orientations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks, and craft job descriptions and interview questions.
• Manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in IT, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Available for an administrative shift (8 am – 5 pm) and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
