Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls.
• Handle high‑volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates.
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call center environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and proficiency in English.
• Residency in Puerto Rico and permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
