About the role
The Reservations Group Coordinator ensures that group bookings are accurately set up in the resort’s operating systems, delivering a seamless experience for guests and meeting group expectations. This position plays a key part in the hospitality team at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar.
Key responsibilities
- Set up definite groups in the resort’s operating systems.
- Verify that all details are correct and align with group expectations.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hotel reservations or a related field preferred.
- Computer literate.
- College coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Ability to work flexible and long hours as needed.
