Sales Professional - Inside Sales

About the role

The Sales Professional – Inside Sales supports families by arranging at‑need cemetery services and promoting pre‑need planning. This position combines personalized client service with revenue generation for the cemetery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect daily for 1‑2 hours, generate leads, and obtain referrals from served families.
• Present cemetery and pre‑need options to families, track activity levels, and follow up on inquiries.
• Build trust‑based relationships, respond sensitively to client needs, and maintain ongoing contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and other staff to deliver seamless, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; ability to drive frequently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and up to 12‑hour days as needed.
• Pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
