Sales & Service Agent – Multiple Locations

About the role

As a Sales & Service Agent you will manage customer service interactions, resolve claims, and promote Liberty’s fixed and mobile telecom services across several Puerto Rican locations. The role combines sales, account opening, and after‑sales support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt resolution of billing, service, programming, technical or maintenance inquiries.
• Offer and upsell additional fixed and mobile services, accessories, and automatic payment options.
• Open new customer accounts and record accurate account information.
• Retain customers who request disconnection or downgrade, escalating unresolved cases to supervisors.
• Assist store management with merchandising, product launches, and daily retail operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Follow Liberty’s “Customer First” philosophy and comply with all company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma (associate degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong confidentiality handling and data sensitivity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Windows operating system and multi‑screen computer environments.
