Semiconductor Group Manager

About the role

This hybrid position reports to a Director or above and leads a team of senior‑level contributors and people managers to execute global procurement and supply‑chain strategies for semiconductor products.

Key responsibilities

• Align internal objectives with external market realities to maximize efficiency of technologies, processes and solutions.
• Manage a team of senior‑level exempt contributors and lower‑level managers, overseeing hiring, performance planning, coaching and career development.
• Deliver products and services that meet performance metrics defined by senior management and design performance measurement processes.
• Create operational efficiencies and cost savings across the supply chain using horizontal strategies and influencing internal and external partners.
• Lead cross‑functional, cross‑regional initiatives that impact the global supply chain.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years in supply‑chain or related functions.
• 2‑4 years of people‑management experience, typically overseeing 10 or more direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement and supply‑chain business requirements, marketplace standards and compliance.
• Strong analytical, quantitative modelling and project‑management capabilities.
