Senior Manager, Component Planning & Procurement

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced leader to oversee semiconductor commodity strategy, supply planning, and procurement execution. The role is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of commodity procurement managers and a procurement operations manager.
• Own overall supply health for critical semiconductor and memory components, including forecasting, inventory, and risk mitigation.
• Provide oversight for procurement execution, purchase order management, and supplier performance.
• Drive reporting, dashboards, and executive communication on supply chain performance and risks.
• Standardize processes, implement automation, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
• 3+ years of people‑management experience leading supply chain or procurement teams.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
