Senior Manager, Networking Demand Planning

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Manager for Networking Demand Planning in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It defines and drives long-term demand planning strategies and leads data-driven analyses to evaluate business performance and anticipate demand trends.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term demand planning strategies aligned with organizational objectives and supply chain priorities.
• Manage and develop demand planning teams, including coaching, performance management and career development.
• Oversee demand forecasting, planning processes and business performance analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
• Use multiple planning systems and analytical tools for forecasting, scenario planning and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations, Business Planning).
• Lead data analysis, forecasting and reporting, and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, reporting, and automation opportunities.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (e.g. MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Typically more than 10 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply planning or supply chain planning.
• At least 10 years of formal people management experience, including performance management, coaching and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning and supply chain planning systems, and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership experience and advanced English proficiency.
