Stewarding Supervisor

About the role

The Stewarding Supervisor will lead the stewarding team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, ensuring all kitchen and dining service areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organize work assignments, training, performance evaluations and discipline for stewards.
• Oversee cleaning and sanitizing of china, glass, silver, pots, pans and kitchen utensils using appropriate machines and solutions.
• Manage the silver burnishing machine, polishing and sorting silverware according to schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen drains, sinks, floors, walls, and pastry production areas.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals, using correct protective clothing.

Required profile

• Warm, welcoming attitude with a positive smile.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial dishwashing machines.
• Knowledge of silver burnishing equipment.
• Proper use of cleaning compounds and protective gear.
