Strategic Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Strategic Talent Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and delivering data‑driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary talent acquisition advisor for assigned business units, providing guidance on workforce planning, labor market conditions, and talent availability.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and specialized positions, from requisition planning through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill, high‑volume, and business‑critical roles.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and talent communities to support current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze labor market trends and recruitment metrics to recommend improvements and present dashboards, forecasts, and executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and DEIB initiatives while maintaining audit‑ready recruitment records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical‑device positions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food and beverage, or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
