Systems/Software Engineer – Jenkins & CI/CD

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Systems/Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. This hybrid position requires working on‑site two days per week at an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for build, test, deployment and release automation.
• Create and maintain Jenkinsfile/Pipeline‑as‑Code implementations using Declarative or Scripted pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, build issues, deployment problems and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor and improve pipeline reliability, scalability and security.
• Participate in incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
