Talent Acquisition Specialist – Puerto Rico

About the role

Quality Consulting Group, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and manufacturing sectors, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its operations in Puerto Rico. You will work with an enthusiastic team to attract and hire top talent for a world‑class manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and facilitate hiring for all open positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and define selection criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate pre‑employment drug tests and background verifications.
• Develop and deliver new‑hire onboarding programs and orientations.
• Source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
• Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in‑person interviews.
• Support and participate in job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in human resources, preferably in high‑volume recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across various functions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work primarily on‑site at customer locations in the Southern‑Central region of Puerto Rico.
