Técnico Comercial Junior – Materiales de Construcción

About the role

This position is aimed at talent interested in learning and developing in the technical area of construction materials, specifically cement, concrete, aggregates, additives, mixes and material behavior on site.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the island to support client sites and provide on‑site technical assistance.
• Collaborate with sales and quality teams to ensure proper material performance.
• Monitor concrete behavior, including pumping, workability and on‑site performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry or Materials.
• Proficiency with SAP and Office 365, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends if required.
• Strong field presence and analytical mindset.

• Knowledge of ACI/ASTM standards (or interest to learn)
