Assembler IV – Direct Assembly Combo

About the role

Viant is seeking an Assembler IV to work on combo assembly stations, ensuring medical device products meet strict specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate combo assembly stations following GMP, One Piece Flow, and 5S principles.
• Manage Kanban inventory, package finished products, and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean work area, report any product issues, and cover for absences as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in assembly within the product or pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification in combo product assembly.

Required skills

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and GMP procedures.
• Familiarity with One Piece Flow, 5S, and Kanban inventory systems.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
