Audiologist – Veterans Disability Evaluations

About the role

Support Veterans through focused audiology evaluations performed within an established healthcare program serving the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). This role offers clinical autonomy, organized workflows, and meaningful patient interaction within a professionally managed setting.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to international clinical sites supporting Veteran evaluation services.
• Conduct audiological evaluations and diagnostic testing for Veterans and service members according to Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) guidelines.
• Assess service‑related audiological conditions, hearing impairments, and functional impact with clear documentation.
• Refer patients for additional specialty evaluation when appropriate.
• Complete accurate medical records and required documentation within 48‑hour case timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure coordinated workflows and timely case completion.
• Maintain clinical quality standards, HIPAA compliance, and organizational documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Doctorate degree in Audiology.
• Current unrestricted Audiology license in the U.S., U.S. Territory, or Canada.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid U.S. passport or passport from country of record.
• Ability to complete documentation and case submission within established 48‑hour turnaround timelines.
