Behavior Technician (BT) – Full-Time

About the role

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico is seeking motivated individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with autism. You will work directly with clients in homes, schools, clinics or community settings, delivering evidence‑based interventions under BCBA supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics or community venues according to individualized treatment plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence‑based techniques.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Track client progress, collect and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members and families, participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening and driving record review.
• Preferred experience in childcare, education or working with children and adolescents.
