Behavior Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

Join ABA Centers of Puerto Rico as a Behavior Technician and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism across various settings. Whether you are a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or starting as a BT, you will receive paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills following individualized treatment plans.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families, participating in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
