Sales Advisor - Plaza Del Caribe

About the role

H&M is looking for a Sales Advisor for its Plaza Del Caribe store in Ponce. The role is part-time and focuses on welcoming and guiding customers, selling products and keeping the store clean and well presented. It is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and its fashion trends and products, and promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Promote and sell products, support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team, and represent the H&M brand positively
• Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues, give and receive feedback, and take part in onboarding, training and courses
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, operate fitting rooms and checkouts, and keep the sales floor, stockrooms and back of house tidy
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and good stock levels, and follow best practice for in-store services such as Click & Collect and the Instore Care App
• Help with opening and closing the store and follow health and safety and legal requirements

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and motivation to give customers a great experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive and action-oriented, and enjoys a collaborative environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or another service industry
