Sales Representative - Manati

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote MCS Advantage’s Medicare‑eligible products to potential clients and beneficiaries in the Manati area. The role involves orienting prospects, completing enrollments, and meeting sales quotas while complying with CMS regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate referrals by participating in MCS‑sponsored activities and follow up on leads assigned by a supervisor within 48 business hours.
• Coordinate daily appointments, conduct at least four in‑person visits per day to beneficiaries or providers, and deliver orientation presentations.
• Submit complete enrollment forms and ensure all required authorizations are attached before forwarding to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily reports of previous‑day results and contact the immediate supervisor via cell phone at least three times a day to validate progress.
• Assist beneficiaries with PCP selection, enrollment processes, and verify that subscriptions are fully completed.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with a minimum of three years sales experience, preferably in health insurance or related fields; alternatively, 60 college credits plus one year sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license for Puerto Rico and a health services license (or commitment to obtain certification on first attempt).
• Own a reliable car in good condition.
• Intermediate proficiency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work independently, manage daily schedules, and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
